Pearl Oguchi

I am a software product expert and technology operator with 22 years of experience building, shipping, and optimising digital platforms. My career includes nine years at Meta, where I managed product lifecycles across the entire spectrum of scale, from specialised products for 3,000 people to global systems serving over three billion people, operating within high-speed environments.

I operate Qube Catalyst, as a Fractional Head of Product/Product Lead for growing and scaling tech startups, helping them turn product friction into clearer priorities, stronger adoption and better growth decisions. I currently I serve as Product Lead for Aviline Health - a UK deep-tech biotech company. I’m currently architecting their AI-driven, genomic B2B platform connecting microbiome data to post-cancer care for clinicians across the UK. I also work with accelerators and investing communities to support and mentor the early stage tech startups they are growing.

Outside of my core product career, I am a former elected borough councillor and the founder of Black Women in Tech, a professional Facebook community of over 52,000 members built entirely through organic growth.
